We will need a signed contract, a deposit & a copy of your building permit, tax permit & evaluation certificate [if applicable].
We require a deposit of 50% of your total move price.
Your deposit may be paid by cash, personal/business check [$25 return check fee], money order, cashiers/official check or credit card [visa, mastercard, discover & american express].
The balance of your move will be due at the time of pickup; this may be cash, money order, cashiers/official check or approved credit card only. You may also pay in full any time before the day of pickup.
Yes, you may leave the refridgerator, stove, washer & dryer; however they need to be secured to the home before transport. All other posessions must be removed from the home. This includes any window units or satellite dishes that may be attached to the home.
We also suggest removing the tops of the toilet tanks & place them in the bath tubs so they do not slide off & break & to remove any sliding kitchen or bathroom drawers because they could also come out during transport.

Do you disconnect/reconnect any utilities?
Unfortunately no, we are not licensed for the connection of any utilities. This includes: AC, sewer, water & electrical.
Can you reuse my existing parts?
Yes! We will always reuse any acceptable existing parts to save cost for our customers. If you should need any extra parts they would be additional to the total cost of your move.
Parts - such as, but not limited to: blocks, anchors, strapping, stabilizer plates, bolts, crimps, hooks, wedges, wood & etc.
